Not sure I buy into the taught atomic theory or evolution process, particularly Darwinism, which I believe is significantly flawed, but an interesting video, with some great information, particularly on thought and the ability to measure subtle energy including thought, and the paradox of the illusion, and how were indoctrinated to collectively manifest what we perceive in our reality.  I completely agree that gratitude is one of the keys to freedom
