👉🏻When you encounter someone who triggers strong negative emotions in you, ANGER, JEALOUSY, JUDGEMENT or FEAR, you’re actually looking at a reflection of your own unhealed consciousness, the intensity of your reaction reveals your spiritual frequency.

👉🏻If you feel COMPASSION mixed with UNDERSTANDING, if you can see that person as a soul having a human experience just like you & feel genuine love for their journey, you’re operating from CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS
💚Consciousness is living in the vibration of growing and evolving into your highest self, a being that sees the truth while embracing it, learning from it and evolving past it, to the point where you become UNBOTHERED, that’s the end goal. No more blaming but rather living in full gratitude of it and for the lessons.
