With misinformation and disinformation rife in today’s online experience, I fully accept that they may not be describing the absolute truth, however, some of, if not much of what is being presented fits into the bigger picture of my truth, which I’ve built up in my mind surrounding what’s actually going on, and what we’re here to learn.  What I do is to take whatever resonates with me, and leave what does not.  I use my discernment, and I encourage you to do so likewise!

The Moment you recognise emotions as frequencies, and not feelings, reality adjusts itself:

  1. Frequency identification without judgement
  • Set a timer for 2 minutes
  • Close your eyes and notice what your feeling
  • Instead of naming it as an emotion, name it as a frequency
  • Low frequency, high frequency, chaotic frequency
  • Don’t judge it, don’t try to change it, just identify it
  • And notice where in your body you feel the transmission most strongly
  • Chest, stomach, head, throat (frequencies localises, and different frequencies activate different areas. Anxiety concentrates in the chest.  Anger in the stomach.  Fear in the throat.  When you identify not just the frequency but the location, you’re reading the signal clearly.  You’re gathering data.  And data gives you choice.  Because once you know what you’re transmitting, and where it’s coming from, you can decide whether to let it cycle, or shift it consciously
  1. 90 second cycle observation
  • Next time you feel a strong emotion, any emotion, don’t supress it. Don’t amplify it.  Just let it be there
  • Set a timer for 90 seconds and observe
  • Watch the frequency rise. Watch it peak.  Watch it start to decline.  And notice what happens when you don’t interfere
  • Notice how the intensity changes, how the sensation shifts, and how the transmission naturally completes
  • If it does not complete, and is still there after 90 seconds, then ask yourself, am I resisting this?, or am I feeding this? Because, if you’re truly allowing the cycle, then it will pass.  I it’s not passing, then you are interrupting it.  Once you recognise the interruption, you can stop, and let the cycle complete
  1. Conscious frequency shift
  • Once you’ve identified your current transmission, and once you’ve let it cycle, practice shifting to a different frequency deliberately. Not by forcing positivity.  By changing your physiology
    • Stand up. Change your posture.  Breath differently.  Move your body.  Because frequency is generated by nervous system activity.  And nervous system activity is influenced by physical state
    • So, when you change your posture, when you shift your breath, when you move your body intentionally, you’re changing the conditions that generate frequency, and the frequency shifts. Not because you thought positive thoughts.  Because you adjusted the biological mechanism that creates transmission
  • Once you practice this, once you train yourself to shift frequency through physiology, instead of through mental effort, you realise how much control you actually have. Not over emotions as feelings, but over frequency as transmission
  1. Coherence check
  • Throughout your day, pause and ask yourself:
    • Am I coherent right now?
    • Is what I’m thinking aligned with what I’m feeling?
    • Is my conscious intention matching my nervous system state?
    • Is my visualisation consistent with my body chemistry?
      • If the answer is no. If there is contradiction.  Don’t force alignment.  Just notice the incoherence.  And recognise that incoherence is why manifestation feels inconsistent, why reality seems unpredictable, and why some days work, and others don’t.  Because you’re broadcasting static
      • Once you see the static, you can clear it. Not by supressing one frequency, but by allowing the contradictory frequencies to complete their cycles.  By letting the system return to unity, and by stopping the fragmentation that creates interference.
  1. Field influence awareness
  • When you enter a new environment, when you interact with a group, when you sit with another person, notice if your frequency shifts. Notice if you suddenly feel anxious when you didn’t before.  If you feel heavy when you were light.  If you feel reactive, when you were calm
  • And if you notice a shift, recognise it as entrainment. As your system synchronising with the collective field
  • And then choose. Do I want to match this frequency?  Or do I want to maintain my own?
  • And if you want to maintain your own, then return to your baseline consciously and deliberately. Breath into your own frequency, ground into your own transmission, and hold it.  Even when the field around you is broadcasting something different
    • Because that’s when you become influential, instead of influenced
    • That’s when you shift fields, instead of being shifted by them
    • That’s when you recognise that you’re not a receiver, you’re a transmitter. And transmitters determine what gets broadcast

Once you’ve practiced those 5 exercises, once you’ve trained yourself to read frequency, and to allow cycles to shift deliberately, to check coherence, to recognise entrainment you are ready for the advanced mechanics…  Watch the video for more!

There are no particles. There are momentary excitations in the field.
The final 2 minutes are a beautiful description of what we are as conscious human beings.
I do however believe that there is much more to it relating to conscious creation and what we have come to call God.
The breathtaking illustration by Alex Grey, and others, perfectly demonstrate how I imagine the FIELD that holds all of creation together.
And since magnetism seems to be the universal underlying force that holds the field together, it follows naturally that the shape of the field should be Toroidal.
A giant, never-ending integrated Torus that is the underlying structure of the field.
This is why I am truly grateful for my discovery of the Torus stones in South Africa, connected to the ancient ruins, and how they create energy. All these events and discoveries are part of our conscious evolution.
We can see it and hear it in the messages of so many mainstream scientists today, who suddenly all talk about the field, and not particles.
I have stated for over a decade that particle physics was a carefully orchestrated pseudo scientific agenda, taking us away from creation and God, making us falsely believe that everything in creation is a result of particles bumping into each other over a very long time.
That assumption, my friends, is the most un-scientific nonsense ever unleashed on humanity, which is hungry for knowledge and a feeling of purpose.
